Product Conditions
Products are classified by condition as follows:
- New: Unopened in original packaging.
- Excellent: Near-new appearance, fully functional.
- Good: Light to moderate wear, fully functional.
- Fair: Significant wear, but functional.
- Broken: Physical damage but functional.
Devices with battery life under one hour or below 80% may receive lower offers. Engraved items may also receive reduced offers.
Offer Adjustments and Returns
If we need to adjust an offer based on product condition, you may accept the new offer or request a return at no charge. Note that testing may require removing the outer casing, and we are not liable for any damage if the item is returned.
Device Conditions and Legal Ownership
We do not accept locked devices. If a locked device cannot be processed, there may be a handling fee. Contact us for a quote if your item isn’t listed. All devices must be legally owned and free from claims or liens.
Seller Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that we are not liable for claims or losses due to warranty breaches. Cancel any active service plans and remove all security codes before selling a device. Ensure accurate descriptions of all accessories and remove any personal data, as we are not responsible for data left on devices.
Inspection and Offer Validity
All items are inspected upon receipt. If a product does not match the description provided, we may adjust or rescind the offer. Upon accepting our offer, ownership transfers to us.
